What it protects
The rigid EVA shell takes the pressure: the console doesn't get crushed at the bottom of a backpack. Inside, the foam and the elastic band press the RG35XX Pro against the base. The parts covered are the screen, the sticks and the D-pad, the ones that suffer first when a console travels bare in a bag.
In use
The zip runs around the case and opens it out flat. The console slips under the elastic band, and the cable and microSD cards go into the mesh pocket in the lid. At 16.4 × 10.6 × 4.7 cm, it fits in the side pocket of a backpack. The strap is there for short trips, carried by hand.
What it doesn't do
It only takes the RG35XX Pro. The other RG35XX models (H, Plus, SP) each have their own case at Anbernic and don't fit this moulding. The console can't be charged inside: no cable pass-through is provided. No drop-resistance standard is stated, and the case isn't waterproof.

Will this case fit my console?
It is moulded for the Anbernic RG35XX Pro and for it alone. It does not suit the RG35XX H, the RG35XX Plus or the RG35XX SP: those models do not share the same size and Anbernic gives each of them a different case.
What is in the case besides the console?
A mesh pocket on the inner lid. It takes a slim USB-C cable, earphones or two or three microSD cards. Avoid putting anything thick in there: it would press on the screen once the zip is closed.
Can I recharge the console in the case?
No. No cable opening is provided in the shell. You have to take the console out to plug it in.
Does it protect against a drop?
No drop resistance is stated. The EVA shell is made for the pressure and rubbing of transport: backpack, suitcase, locker. A fall onto a hard floor remains a risk for the console.
