Delivery Zones
Products ordered on https://www.fun-esports.com are delivered exclusively within metropolitan France.


Delivery Times

Fun-Esports commits to delivering products within a maximum of 30 days to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery is defined as the moment the customer takes physical possession of the product.

Important : In the event of a delivery delay of more than 30 days for reasons other than force majeure or the intervention of the customer, the latter may request the cancellation of the order and the refund in accordance with articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code .


Delivery Methods and Conditions

  • Single delivery : Unless otherwise stated, all orders are delivered in a single shipment.
  • Product availability : In the event of unavailable products, Fun-Esports will inform you promptly to arrange a partial delivery or a refund for the unavailable items.

Order Verification and Receipt

Upon receiving the package, the customer must:

  1. Check the condition of the package and the merchandise .
  2. Make reservations on the delivery note in case of damage or anomalies (in case of delivery against signature).
  3. Inform Fun-Esports within 5 working days in case of a problem, by email with evidence (photos, documents).

After this period, claims will no longer be accepted, and the products will be considered compliant.


Right to Terminate in Case of Delay

If the ordered products are not delivered within the agreed timeframe and for any reason other than force majeure or the customer's own actions, the customer may cancel the sales contract:

  • Procedure : Send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Fun-Esports requesting termination.
  • Refund : Within 14 days of receiving the request, Fun-Esports will refund the full amount paid.

Special Delivery Conditions

In the event of a specific packaging or transport request (accepted by Fun-Esports), additional charges may apply. These charges will be subject to a quote accepted by the client.

Delivery restrictions
Deliveries to public places (hotels, schools, restaurants, etc.) may be refused for security reasons. In this case, delivery can be made to the post office of your choice.


Responsibilities and Accuracy of the Delivery Address

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the address provided when placing the order. An incorrect or incomplete address that may result in the package being returned will incur reshipping fees payable by the customer, which must be paid before any return shipment.


Risk Transfer

The products travel at Fun-Esports' risk until delivery to the customer. However, if the customer chooses a carrier, the risks are transferred upon delivery of the package to that carrier.
