The swordsman of Ionia across twelve keycaps
Master Yi moves fast and lands his hits before you see him coming: the Wuju bladesman crosses a skirmish in a straight line, and that is the movement this set puts on your keyboard. The twelve keycaps play on the steel blue of the armour, the gold of the scabbard and the white of the blade — a cool palette lifted by a single warm accent. On a black or dark grey case the gold stands out; on a white keyboard the blue takes over. The whole thing stays readable, never cluttered: the kind of first set you drop onto an all-black keyboard to see what it changes, without redoing the entire desk.
Your first keycap swap, step by step
If you have never pulled a keycap before, start here: the puller supplied grips the key by its sides and lifts it straight up, no glue and no soldering, and your original keycaps go back on in a few minutes. Then look at the exposed switch stem — a cross means an MX cross-stem, and the twelve keycaps clip onto it: Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu. That leaves the OEM profile, the one fitted as standard on most mechanical keyboards sold off the shelf: each row has its own height and angle, so keep every key on the row it was shaped for. Nothing else to plan for.
What the set will not do for you
An entry-level set is still just a set: the twelve keycaps dress one area, not whole rows, and the mechanical keyboard has to exist already — nothing here replaces it. They will not fit a membrane keyboard, low-profile keys or a proprietary stem. They do not light up either: PBT is opaque, so the light escapes around the key and never passes through the design. And despite the armour and the blade, this is an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe, not a licensed product.

Will this set fit my mechanical keyboard?
It needs an MX cross-stem: pull off one keycap, and if the switch stem shows a cross, the twelve keycaps clip straight on — Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu. A membrane keyboard, low-profile keys or a proprietary stem cannot take them.
Twelve keycaps — what does that cover?
12 keycaps you place wherever you like in the main area: WASD, ability keys, function row. This is not a full set — the rest of the keyboard keeps its original caps — and the format (60%, TKL, full-size) makes no difference.
Which keyboard shows off the blue and gold best?
On a black or dark grey case the gold catches the eye while the steel blue stays discreet. On a white keyboard it flips: the blue is what structures the whole thing. Both work — a matter of taste, not compatibility.
What is shown on the keycaps?
An illustration inspired by the swordsman of Ionia: steel-blue armour, pale blade, gold accents, spread across the twelve keycaps. The design is diffused into the plastic by dye sublimation, so your fingernail feels no raised layer as it passes over.
Do you need a tool to fit the keycaps?
A keycap puller is included. It grips the key by its sides and lifts it vertically without touching the visible face; the new cap then presses on by hand, with no glue and no soldering. The operation is reversible at any time.
