The Void in purple on a sober keyboard
Malzahar speaks for the Void: a veiled prophet, symbols floating around him, a mauve and black palette that owes more to the occult than to esports. The set's artwork follows that line, with deep purples, dark strokes and a design that is more abstract than figurative. The result: the keyboard stays presentable. The set goes on in the evening for a game and is still there the next morning in front of a spreadsheet, with no second keyboard and no refit every time the use changes. It works particularly well on a black case, where the purple shows without shouting, and suits players who work on the same machine they play on.
Fit them, keep them, take them off
Going from game to work asks for nothing: the 12 keys stay in place, they are standard-size keycaps that change no function. And if you want the original keys back, the supplied puller is enough: it slides in diagonally around the cap, pulls straight up, and everything is done from above, without opening the keyboard or desoldering anything. Fitting relies on the MX cross-stem, which covers Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. The OEM profile follows the row-by-row angle of pre-built keyboards, so each cap goes back on an equivalent row. Placement is free, on AZERTY as on QWERTY.
Where the Void stops
This is not a full costume: 12 keys mark a zone, the rest of the keyboard keeps its caps, and keys with a manufacturer-specific width are not covered. Nor is it a set that lights up: dye-sublimated PBT is opaque, light passes around the keys and not through the design. There is nothing to fit on a membrane keyboard or on one with low-profile scissor-mechanism keys, which have no MX cross-stem, nor on a keyboard built in Cherry, XDA or SA profile. Finally, the Malzahar artwork is a creation inspired by the League of Legends universe: it is not a licensed product, and the set has no connection to the game's publisher.

- Claviers compacts 65 %, 75 %, 96 % et 98 touches : leur Maj droite est raccourcie à 1,75U ou 2,25U, la Maj 2,75U du set ne s'y monte pas. Les 7 touches 1U se posent sans difficulté
- Clavier AZERTY ISO : la touche 2U fournie correspond au Retour arrière, pas à la touche Entrée, qui est en L sur un clavier français
- Ne convient pas aux claviers à membrane, aux claviers à touches basses (low profile) ni aux switches à tige propriétaire
- Les légendes ne sont pas rétroéclairées : le PBT est opaque, la lumière du switch passe autour de la touche

Will this set go on my work keyboard?
If it is mechanical, yes: there has to be an MX cross-stem under the cap, which covers Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. An office membrane keyboard, or a flat one with low-profile scissor-mechanism keys, will not do.
How many keys are supplied?
12 keys in standard size, together with a puller. Keys with a manufacturer-specific width are not part of the set.
Does the purple stay discreet in a meeting?
The design is abstract rather than figurative, and the deep purples read far better up close than from a distance. On a black case, the whole thing passes for a keyboard with coloured keys before it passes for a gaming keyboard.
Can the original keys be put back?
Yes. The supplied puller lifts the caps off from above, with no extra tool and no dismantling of the keyboard; simply keep the factory keys.
Are the set's legends readable for office typing?
The design takes up the surface of the key: if you touch-type blind, nothing gets in the way. Otherwise, keep the set on the keys you know by heart, such as the movement block, and leave the original characters on the rest of the keyboard.
Is Riot Games behind this product?
