When your fingers move faster than your eyes
An ADC managing positioning, attacks and spells presses a lot of keys, and above all presses them fast. At that pace, two flaws can ruin a game: a finger that slips on a surface that is too smooth, and a key that hasn't come back up when you hit it again. This set of 12 Draven keycaps is aimed precisely at hands that chain inputs without a break.
Texture, speed's first ally
The PBT surface is not polished but slightly grainy. When dry, it grips the fingertip; after an hour of play and a bit of sweat, it keeps gripping, whereas a glossy keycap becomes slippery exactly when you need it most. It is a detail you never notice as long as it works.
Keystroke feedback and repositioning
How quickly you can chain presses depends on the switch, but the keycap decides how your finger finds it again. The OEM profile slightly dishes the top of the key and naturally guides your finger back to the center between presses. In a fast sequence, this avoids edge presses, the ones that tilt the keycap and cost a fraction of a second to correct.
- Grip: matte finish that does not become slippery with use.
- Recentering: a dished surface guides the finger between keystrokes.
- Orientation: height varies by row, useful for finding your binds blind.
- Legends: DYE-SUB printed into the material, unaffected by repeated rubbing.
The Glorious Executioner's style
As for the look, the set doesn't do half measures: dominant blood red, deep black, gold highlights and the silhouette of the spinning axes that are the character's signature. It's loud, it's meant to be, and you can see it from a meter away. In the same high-energy vein, the Master Yi keycaps suit fans of fast combos with a greener palette, the Katarina keycaps revisit red and black with a sharper edge, and the Xayah keycaps offer a deeper, more refined red.

Will these keycaps increase my APM?
No keycap presses keys for you. However, fewer slipping fingers and fewer missed edge presses mean fewer lost inputs in a tense sequence.
Should I put them on the spell keys or the movement keys?
The movement area takes the most successive presses, so it benefits most from the grip. The spell keys come next, depending on how many of the twelve are left.

Draven, the glory of Noxus
Draven is not played quietly. The Noxian executioner turned attraction throws his spinning axes and catches them mid-run: a marksman who demands constant movement and punishes a single second of inattention. From that the set draws an aggressive palette — blood red, black and the gold of the blades, plenty of contrast and very few half-tones. It is artwork you spot from the other side of the room, made for the player who owns his character rather than for one after a discreet desk. In the middle of grey or black keycaps, the twelve keys stand out like an announcement.
PBT under a nervous typing hand
A marksman types fast and always in the same place, and that is exactly where stock keys turn glossy. PBT answers that flaw: harder and drier than the ABS fitted to most keyboards, it does not take on that sticky shine and keeps a slightly grainy feel under damp fingers. The artwork, for its part, is dye-sublimated (DYE-SUB), the dye diffused into the material rather than laid on the surface: no layer to chip, no ridge under the fingernail, even on the most hammered keys. The profile is OEM, each cap belongs on its row, and the whole thing clips onto any MX cross-stem (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu) with the puller supplied.
What the red will not give you
No keycap has ever caught an axe: this set changes how the keyboard looks, not how you play. It is not a keyboard either — you need one already, mechanical, with MX cross-stems; membrane, low profile and proprietary stems are all unsuitable. Nor is it a full set of caps: twelve keys dress one area and the rest of the keyboard stays as it is. The red does not light up either; PBT being opaque, the switch light draws a halo around the key without passing through the artwork. Finally, this is an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe, not a licensed product.

- Clavier AZERTY ISO : la touche 2U fournie correspond au Retour arrière, pas à la touche Entrée, qui est en L sur un clavier français
- Ne convient pas aux claviers à membrane, aux claviers à touches basses (low profile) ni aux switches à tige propriétaire
- Les légendes ne sont pas rétroéclairées : le PBT est opaque, la lumière du switch passe autour de la touche

- Tapis : une légère odeur de caoutchouc peut être présente à l'ouverture. Elle disparaît en quelques jours à l'air libre.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my keyboard take this set?
It can if its switches have an MX cross-stem, which covers Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. Pull off a cap: a stem shaped like a cross answers the question. A membrane keyboard, one with low profile keys or one with a proprietary stem cannot take them.
How many keys, and with what tool?
12 keycaps, plus the keycap puller included. It is a deliberately partial replacement on the area you choose, the rest of the keyboard keeping its original caps whatever its format, from 60 % to full size.
Does the artwork wear off on the most heavily typed keys?
No, and that is the point of dye sublimation (DYE-SUB): the dye sits within the thickness of the plastic, so there is no printed layer that could disappear from the centre of a key. PBT also resists the sheen that appears quickly on ABS when you type in the same places all the time.
Do you need a black keyboard for the red to show?
It is not compulsory, but that is where the contrast is sharpest: on a black case, the reds and golds stand out like embers. On a white keyboard the effect is harsher, almost graphic, and the set draws even more attention; a matter of taste, not of compatibility.
Which other set goes with this Draven?
Mostly sets in predominantly dark tones, black or metallic grey, which let the red play the part of the accent. Two neighbouring saturated palettes cancel each other out: if you already dress one area of the keyboard with a very colourful set, keep some distance between the two.
Is this set an official League of Legends product?
No. It is an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe and in no way a licensed product or an item connected to the game's publisher. The keys remain plain keyboard keycaps.
