The steam golem, copper and rivets
Blitzcrank is a bolted-together machine that settles a game in one second: the grab flies out, someone crosses half the map, the team folds in. The set works that workshop material — warm copper, brass, rivets, plated panels — with the cold glow of the energy running underneath as the only bright note in the palette. Those metal tones warm up a black keyboard and sit better with amber or cyan backlighting than with a rainbow. It is an aggressive support set, for the player who lives on his hook and accepts that the whole game is watching his Q key. The Blitzcrank artwork is an original design inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher.
A material built for a heavy typist
A player who hammers his hook key wears his keycaps out faster than average, and the material decides how that goes. The 12 keys are moulded in PBT, denser than the ABS fitted as standard on most keyboards, and start out with a matte grain that does not polish smooth in the first month. The pattern is dye-sublimated: under heat the dye enters the material instead of sitting on top of it. No raised layer under the finger, no edge that can chip, and the legend does not fade before the key itself does. The rest is standard: MX cross-stems (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu), an OEM profile to be refitted on an equivalent row, and a puller in the box.
What this set does not catch
A theme built out of a whole machine calls for a whole matching keyboard: that is not this product. Twelve keys dress one area, they do not cover the keyboard, and keys with a manufacturer-specific width are left out. The copper is not a copper that lights up: dye-sublimated PBT is opaque, the backlight travels around the key and does not pass through the pattern. Without an MX cross-stem there is nothing to clip onto: membrane keyboards and low-profile scissor-mechanism keyboards are not concerned, and a keyboard built in the Cherry, XDA or SA profile will not be the right height. The Blitzcrank artwork is an original design inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher: not a licensed product.

- Clavier AZERTY ISO : la touche 2U fournie correspond au Retour arrière, pas à la touche Entrée, qui est en L sur un clavier français
- Ne convient pas aux claviers à membrane, aux claviers à touches basses (low profile) ni aux switches à tige propriétaire

Will this set fit my keyboard?
Mounting is on MX cross-stems: pull off a key, and a raised cross on the switch means the set clips onto it. Covered are Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. A membrane keyboard, or one with low-profile scissor-mechanism keys, does not qualify.
What exactly do I get?
What's in the box is stated as 12 keycaps and a puller. Nothing dictates the layout: the movement block, the hook key, the spells. Keys with a manufacturer-specific width are not covered.
How do I match this copper to my backlighting?
Copper and brass are warm tones: amber, orange or warm white backlighting extends the palette, and a restrained cyan echoes the energy glow of the set. Rainbow RGB muddies the metal and brings out everything except it.
What does the artwork show?
A workshop register: plates, rivets and bolted metal, run through by a cold glow. It is an original design, not a game visual reused.
Does the pattern survive a heavy typist?
The pattern went into the material by dye-sublimation, it does not sit on top: there is no layer to wear through and no edge to chip. Clean with a slightly damp soft cloth, without solvent.
Is this an official League of Legends product?
