Shurima rises out of the sand
Azir waited millennia to raise a buried city, and he does it with the seriousness of an emperor: solid gold, sand ochre, falcon feathers, and the turquoise of the soldiers he summons out of the ground. A light, warm palette, rare on a gaming desk, that makes full sense on a white or beige keyboard — on a black keyboard the twelve keys become a bright line in the middle of everything else, which is also a choice. The audience is the controlled mid laner: the player who places his soldiers before the fight starts and wins the trade without moving. The Azir artwork is an original design inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher.
Twelve keys, and where to put them
The question that keeps coming up is placement: the 12 keys are standard size and spread out freely, on AZERTY as on QWERTY — movement block, spells, action keys, you decide. Only one rule: the OEM profile changes angle from row to row, so each cap goes back on an equivalent row, otherwise you feel a step as you cross over. Mounting is on MX cross-stems: a raised cross on the switch and the set clips onto it (Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu), with the supplied puller working from above, without opening the keyboard. The material is matte-grain PBT, denser than the factory ABS, and the pattern is dye-sublimated into the plastic.
What the emperor does not cover
A gold palette this legible makes you want to redo the whole keyboard: that is not this product. Twelve keys dress one area, they do not cover the keyboard, and keys with a manufacturer-specific width are left out — putting the set on an AZERTY board changes nothing about that limit. Gold cannot be backlit: dye-sublimated PBT is opaque, light passes around the key and not through the pattern. Without an MX cross-stem there is nothing to do: no membrane keyboard, no low-profile scissor-mechanism keyboard, and a build in the Cherry, XDA or SA profile will not sit at the right height. The Azir artwork is an original design inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher: not a licensed product.

- Clavier AZERTY ISO : la touche 2U fournie correspond au Retour arrière, pas à la touche Entrée, qui est en L sur un clavier français
- Ne convient pas aux claviers à membrane, aux claviers à touches basses (low profile) ni aux switches à tige propriétaire
- Les légendes ne sont pas rétroéclairées : le PBT est opaque, la lumière du switch passe autour de la touche

Will this set fit my keyboard?
You need an MX cross-stem: pull off a key, and if a raised cross appears on the switch, the caps clip onto it. Covered are Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and Outemu. A membrane keyboard, or one with low-profile scissor-mechanism keys, is left out.
Where do the twelve keys go on an AZERTY keyboard?
Wherever you like: what's in the box is stated as 12 keycaps and a puller, with no imposed layout, on AZERTY as on QWERTY. Keys with a manufacturer-specific width are not covered.
Does this gold work on a black keyboard?
Yes, but differently: on a white or beige keyboard the palette blends in and the turquoise comes forward; on a black keyboard the twelve keys form a clearly detached bright block. Both hold up, they are simply not the same desk.
What does the artwork show?
The register is that of a sand city raised again: gold, ochre and turquoise, feathers and engraved motifs spread across the twelve keys. It is an original design, not a game visual reused.
Does a light palette get dirty faster?
It shows marks more, that much is true, but the matte grain of PBT does not polish up the way ABS does. Wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth, without solvent: the pattern lives inside the material and does not rub off.
Is this an official League of Legends product?
No. This is an illustration inspired by the League of Legends universe, with no connection to the game's publisher, and not a licensed product. They remain ordinary keyboard caps.
