The largest Darmoshark, and the longest-lasting
129.55 mm long, 66.12 mm wide, 39.23 mm high: the M3 is built for medium to large hands and for palm grip, where the M2 (115.8 mm) targets small hands using claw grip. It also carries a 500 mAh battery, against 300 mAh on the M2 and the N3, for a stated 83 h or so of continuous use. All at 58 g, which stays light for a mouse this size.
1,000 Hz over 2.4 GHz, 125 Hz over Bluetooth
The manufacturer's data sheet lists three steps over 2.4 GHz and wired: 125, 500 and 1,000 Hz. Over Bluetooth the rate is fixed at 125 Hz, one position every 8 milliseconds: that is an office mode, not a gaming mode. The main buttons use Kailh switches stated at 80 million clicks, with a 60 gf force. The feet are PTFE. There is no lighting at all on this mouse.
Who it isn't for
Small hands: 129.55 mm is long, and the mouse becomes unwieldy in fingertip grip. Players who want 4,000 or 8,000 Hz: the M2 or the N5 are the ones to look at. Anyone buying for the lighting: the M3 has none. Left-handers: both side buttons sit on the left. Mac users who want macros: the Darmoshark driver is Windows software. And anyone planning to plug it into a console: nothing is stated to that effect.

What is the difference between the M3 and the M2?
The M3 is bigger (129.55 mm versus 115.8 mm), heavier (58 g versus 39 g), has a larger battery (500 mAh versus 300) and two more programmable buttons. The M2 is made of magnesium-aluminium alloy and goes up to 4,000 Hz, where the M3 is ABS and caps out at 1,000 Hz.
Are there LEDs or RGB?
No. The M3 has no decorative lighting at all. It is a deliberate choice by Darmoshark, tied to battery life and weight.
How long does the battery last?
Darmoshark states around 83 hours of continuous use with the 500 mAh battery, and around 130 hours based on 8 h per working day. Charging is over USB-C, and the mouse stays usable while charging.
Can you play over Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is locked at 125 Hz, one position every 8 ms. That is enough for office work, not for gaming. Use the 2.4 GHz dongle or the cable.
Is it suitable for small hands?
Not really. At 129.55 mm long, it targets medium to large hands and palm grip. Below 17 cm of hand length, the M2 or the N3 make more sense.
Do you need to install the driver?
Not for simple use: the DPI steps and the mode switch are handled from the mouse itself. The driver, available for Windows only, is there for macros, custom steps and setting the polling rate.
