Sage: jade green and white, the colours of the healer
Sage isn't the one who goes in first: she walls off a corridor, slows down an execute, brings a fallen teammate back. She's the agent of players who play for the team and like their desk to stay calm. The set carries her colours: a deep jade green, white, a few pale blues — the palette of orbs and barriers rather than of the duel. It's a light set, and it falls naturally into minimalist setups: white keyboard, pale wood desktop, a plant somewhere nearby. On a black keyboard the contrast gets far sharper and the jade turns almost neon: a different mood, but it works just as well.
A light set: grime, cleaning and fitting the keycaps
The downside of a light palette is that it shows everything: skin oil, dust, fingerprints. PBT limits the problem without removing it. Harder and grainier than the ABS of stock keycaps, it doesn't polish the same way: where ABS turns shiny on W, A, S, D and the space bar within a few months, PBT stays matte far longer. A slightly damp cloth is all the cleaning it needs. The artwork is dye-sublimated: the ink diffuses into the plastic, so it can't chip and won't rub away. OEM profile, MX cross-stem, clip-in MX stabilisers for the space bar. The manufacturer states 14 keys in five sizes at ANSI widths.
What the Sage set doesn't heal
A light, understated set can pass for a brand product: it isn't one. The artwork is fan art inspired by the Valorant universe, published by a third-party manufacturer with no connection to the game publisher, and the set is not licensed. Nor does it replace a keyboard: fourteen keys out of more than a hundred, and the rest keeps its stock caps, whose white won't be exactly the same — a gap that shows up even more with light keycaps than with dark ones. Fitting requires an MX cross-stem: no membrane, no low-profile, no laptop keyboard, and no Costar stabilisers for the space bar. Dye-sublimated legends let no light through. Keycap puller not included.

Can my keyboard take these keycaps?
Yes if its switches have an MX cross-stem — Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu and most clones. No on a membrane keyboard, a low-profile keyboard or a laptop keyboard. The space bar assumes clip-in MX stabilisers rather than Costar ones. Pulling a single keycap settles the question.
What's in the set, size by size?
It is stated at 14 keys in five sizes: 1U, Caps Lock 1.75U, Backspace 2U, Enter 2.25U and space bar 6.25U, which are the widths of an ANSI layout. The list of legends is not published by the manufacturer; refer to the product photos.
Does the jade suit a white keyboard?
That's the most obvious pairing: on a white keyboard, Sage's green lands as an accent and the set stays discreet. On a black keyboard, the contrast steps up and the jade edges towards neon — louder, and just as coherent.
Will these light keycaps get dirty quickly?
They mark more than a dark set; that's the price of the palette. But PBT is grainier than ABS and doesn't turn shiny as fast under your fingers. A slightly damp cloth with the caps in place handles the essentials; for a full clean, take them off and let them air-dry.
Is a tool needed to fit them?
A keycap puller, yes, and it is not included. Preferably the wire type: it pulls straight and doesn't scar the sides. By hand the force goes off-axis and you risk tearing the stem off the switch. It's also the right moment to dust the plate.
Is the set published by the game publisher?
No. It comes from a third-party manufacturer and is fan art: the artwork takes inspiration from the Valorant universe without being an authorised reproduction. It is not a licensed product, and there is no connection to the game publisher.
