Astra: the astral view, sitting on your keyboard
Astra does not play like the other Valorant agents: she leaves her body, moves into the astral view and places her stars across the map before the first contact happens. Her world is made of nebulae, constellations and deep space purples shot through with gold; the set's illustration draws on it, with no connection to the game's publisher. It is a dark palette: it fades on a white keyboard and comes into its own on a black chassis, with the backlight off or set to purple. Players who pick Astra rarely chase the duel, they read the map and set up the round. This set is about anticipation, not speed.
Fourteen keycaps, five sizes: where each one goes
One detail to know before ordering: the manufacturer does not publish the list of legends printed on the 14 keycaps it announces. The product photos are the only source showing the exact contents of the set, and on a palette this dark they are also where you judge how the artwork reads. Five sizes are stated: 1U (1.8 × 1.8 cm), Caps Lock 1.75U (3.15 cm), Backspace 2U (3.6 cm), Enter 2.25U (4.05 cm) and a 6.25U spacebar (11.25 cm), which matches an ANSI layout. Caps Lock goes left of the home row, Backspace top right, Enter to the right, the spacebar at the bottom; the 1U caps go wherever you like, usually WASD and Esc.
Astra: what this set does not do
Seeing stars on keycaps suggests something that is not true: they do not light up. Dye-sublimation dyes the material and creates no translucent window, so the backlight escapes around the keys, never through them. Nor is this a keyboard or a full set: fourteen keycaps on a board that carries well over a hundred, the rest keeping their original caps. Compatibility is not universal: an MX cross-stem is required, so no membrane, low-profile or laptop keyboards, and the spacebar will not sit on Costar stabilisers. Finally, this is not a licensed product: it is fan art inspired by the Valorant universe, made by a third-party manufacturer. No keycap puller is included.

Will these keycaps fit my keyboard?
They need switches with an MX cross-stem: Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, Outemu and most clones. Membrane keyboards, low-profile models and laptop keyboards are ruled out. The 6.25U spacebar requires clip-in MX stabilisers; with Costar stabilisers it will not mount. The check takes ten seconds: pull one key off and look at the shape of the stem.
What's in the box?

The ABS fitted as standard polishes under your fingers: after a few months W, A, S, D and the spacebar turn shiny. PBT is harder and keeps its matte surface far longer, which matters on a dark set, where any shine is immediately visible.
Does the artwork read as one picture once mounted?
The design is spread over fourteen caps scattered across the keyboard: it does not rebuild into a single image, each key carries its own fragment. The product photos remain the only reliable reference, since the manufacturer does not list the legends key by key.
