📝 Rules of the "Customer Review Lottery" game

Article 1 – Organization

The company JMR-Service (Fun-Esports brand), whose registered office is located in Évreux, registered with the RCS under number 929 116 275, is organizing a promotional game entitled "Customer Review Lottery", reserved for customers who have made an eligible purchase on the fun-esports.com website.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation is open to any individual of legal age residing in metropolitan France (excluding overseas territories) and Belgium, with internet access and a valid email address. One (1) entry per eligible order is permitted.

Article 3 – Participation Procedures

To participate, customers must leave a genuine review on the product page for the item they actually purchased on fun-esports.com during the contest period (order reference required). We particularly encourage sharing positive experiences and feedback (quality, comfort, performance, customer service, etc.), as this helps us better guide the community.

➡️ Important note: the nature of the review (positive or negative) and the number of stars do not influence the chances of winning; all reviews that comply with the moderation charter are taken into account.

Reviews must comply with the moderation guidelines (no insults, illegal content, personal data, etc.). Any review that is clearly fraudulent or unrelated to an order may be removed.

Article 4 – Duration

The game is open from September 1, 2025 at 00:00 (Paris time) to December 31, 2025 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Article 5 – Selection of the winner

A draw will be held among all valid entries on January 2, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and announced on Fun-Esports' social media channels.

Article 6 – Lot

The winner will receive: A €100 voucher to use on fun-esports.com. The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Article 7 – Responsibility

The organizing company cannot be held responsible in case of technical problems or non-receipt of participation.

Article 8 – Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for the management of the game. It will not be resold or used for any other commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
